oCommunicating with customers and US office regarding details of orders.
-Work with technology department to develop new vender （experience in biopolymer /plastic preferred）
oMaintain excel based database with sales and shipment details.
oOrganize and file documents related to import shipments.
oEnsure documentation required for import shipments are complete and correct.
oCommunicate with main suppliers regarding shipment details.
oPrepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
oFollow up on shipments to confirm receipt and status
oPrepare sales reports and enter information into database
oImplement and maintain office systems.
oOther tasks as assigned
oCapable to communicate in English and Chinese, both written and verbally.
oFamiliar to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Excel

oBachelor’s degree+ in international trading or business management
